Corrective invoice - new template!

The new correction form, i.e. online corrective invoice is available from now!

The long-awaited, well-judged and very simple template model of corrective invoice, which makes that, issuing of this type of document is no longer a trial but a kind of pleasure, and it may be issued with just a few clicks.

The ‘a few’ term is very important in this situation, because until now, issuing the corrective invoice was very toilsome operation, especially when the invoice was including a lot of data, e.g. 30 items. And we know that, sometimes there are invoices with more than 1200 items in, and what to do in such a case? How to issue in simple and clear way the corrective invoice for the invoice with so many items? – In such a situation our program comes with rescue!

From now, issuing the corrective invoice is as easy as ABC. Logged in users only have to select the particular invoice, which of they want to correct, and then click correction icon. The program will transfer us automatically to the corrective invoice form and will automatically drag all data from the corrected invoice.

In another step we have to choose the item to correction. In this case we have to click the ‘K’ icon from the left side. And now, the copied version with all entered data will appear below.

Next we have to go to the chosen item (after correction) – at this moment we can correct all wrong data. Then we have to click ‘save to the database’ and our corrective invoice is ready :)

An invoice created in such way, we can send to our trading partner via e-mail. To do this we have to click on the ‘send via e-mail’ button – then we have to enter an address e-mail of our trading partner, choose the document’s version, its language and then click the ‘send’ button.

While being on already created invoice we can print it. To do this we have to click the print PDF, choose the type and language of document and then click print.
