The new function, that we have created concerns the sending of invoices via e-mail, it’s about to have the confirmation of when the particular e-mail was sent to your trading partner.
We have added the exact date of sending of the document to the following documents: invoices, pro forma invoices, advance invoices, corrective invoices, bills and trade offers.
Previously our system was informing only about the fact, that the particular e-invoice was sent to your trading partner by changing the icon colour to green.
At this moment our systems gives you the information about exact date and time of sending the document, for example: 2014-05-28 16:00:39
Certainly it will make the management of documents and view their current status easier.
