We are pleased to inform everyone about new option, which is the possibility of entering a few bank accounts numbers into one invoice. This function, which we already have implemented into our system is available for every logged in user.

If you want to add a few bank account numbers, you have to go to the ‘Settings’ bookmark and then go to the ‘Company data’ bookmark. At this place you have to go to the ‘add new account’ option and then fill in this data which you need.

The data you should fill in are:

- Account no.

- The name of the bank

You additionally can, but you do not have to, enter the BIC/SWIFT no. of your bank (used for international transactions).

Of course you have to confirm this operation by clicking the save or add button, depending on the place where you add the new account.

After adding the new account you have to choose it, then it will be shown on the PDF invoice printout. To do this, you have to check the ‘Show on the printout’ box shown by the selected bank account (note, that you can select only up to 3 bank accounts which will appear on the printout).

Additionally you should note, which bank account was added as the first one (check the bank accounts list). This account is a default one and is shown as a general account.

The feature of a few bank accounts has two main applications:

1) Client has a choice, on which of it do the payment (transactions within one bank go quicker)

2) International transactions, in this case the payment for goods/services goes to the foreign currency account and the Vat tax goes to the Polish bank account

3) Other applications are up to you :)

As always we look forward to your suggestions and comments about the new function.
