Another feature of our service is automatic translation of invoices into Czech language. This new feature is very simple, you only have to create an invoice in Polish language and you can translate it into Czech with just one click.

By the way, do you know that, the invoice in both Polish and Czech languages sounds the same? i.e. invoice.

How to change Polish invoice into Czech invoice?

To change the invoice from Polish into Czech language you have to be logged in Log in to the ainvoices service and go to the invoice issuing section. After filling in all required fields in the document and saving it into the database, you have to click the PDF printout and choose, what would you like to print.

In this window, select the type of document, e.g. two copies, and select:

Choose document language:

Czech

Then click the print button and the ready invoice in Czech language is creating.

Of course, the names of goods won’t be translated, but the VAT rates, units, dates of payments and other header fields will be translated into Czech.

The feature of translating an invoice into Czech language concerns also all documents sent to the trading partner electronically, i.e. in so-called e-invoices.

To do this, you have to choose ‘Send’ option after creating an invoice, and as in the case of documents printout you have to choose the type of document, e.g. original and select the choice of Czech language:

Choose document language

Czech

Then you have to enter an e-mail address of your trading partner to which you want to send Czech invoice (if the e-mail address for invoice sending is assigned to the trading partner, it will be automatically entered to the appropriate field of document).

After entering the trading partner’s e-mail address you have to click ‘Send’ button and he will receive an invoice at the moment.

Another feature of generating invoices is the invoices list. At this place you can print or send an invoice to your trading partner or accountant as a Czech e-invoice.

What type of documents, other than an invoice, can I issue in the Czech language?

Our service gives you the possibility to create, other than standard VAT invoice, another types of documents in Czech language:

- pro forma invoice

- advance invoice

- corrective invoice

- currency invoice

- flat-rate farmer invoice

- margin invoice

In which situations the Czech invoice may be applied?

Invoices are translated into Czech language, more often than not, when we have some trading partner in the Czech Republic and we are sending some goods to him.

Another cases of issuing invoices in Czech language are customs and other Czech offices.

We hope that, the feature of translating all types of documents into Czech language will help you during contacts with your trading partners abroad.

As always, we look forward to your suggestions and comments
