How to create the sales offer with only 3 clicks

To create the sales offer for our trading partner quickly, you only have to log in to the ainvoices.com service, and from the top menu choose the issue the document category and then click the offer template button.

After this, the simple online offer template will appear, in which we have to choose the trading partner from the database, choose the goods or service also from the database, at the end we have to click save the offer – it’s done :)

Now we only have to print or send the offer via e-mail, and our trading partner may indent the order…
