Payment reminder

We are pleased to announce the new feature we have already add to our system, this feature offers you overdue invoices payment reminder.

This feature is available only for those users who are logged in to our online invoicing system, because it requires an access to the list of invoices.

From now you do not have to worry and take care by your own about invoices payment deadlines, our system will do it for you and will send reminder to you and your trading partner who is late with payment.

Easy management and simple sending of reminders by our system about upcoming or passing payment deadlines will streamline financial management of any company.

Additionally, we can set an edit all reminders dateas we wish. We have a few dates of invoice payment reminder to choose as a default, but the system also has a feature of your own edition and personalisation of chosen dates and reminders being sent directly on your trading partner e-mail address with information about overdue payment for particular invoice.

Another feature is a request for payment - this option, such as a reminder for overdue invoice payment, is being sent automatically (if user set this option).

The principle of operation is the same as in the case of invoices payments deadlines, however in this case this is the final demand, so it is being sent only once. The same as in the case of invoices payments deadline, we can set our own date of sending this type of document to our trading partner.

We can modify as we want both, the template of reminder about payment deadline as well as request for payment or other templates matching our company aims.
