PDF sales record

The long-awaited sales record as a PDF printout now is available in our online program for issuing invoices and other types of documents.

The sales record which includes statement of all transactions made in the ainvoices.com program along with the summary of all VAT rates and calculation of net and pre-tax total sums for the selected period.

What type of documents can be included in the PDF sales record

The sales record we have prepared for you, gives the ability to select and generate following documents:

VAT invoice

Pro-forma invoice

Advance invoice

Corrective invoice

Bill

Sales offer

Why do we gave you the ability to select and add to the sales record the sales offers and pro-forma invoices, since those are not booked sales documents? – well, we have decided that, thanks to this option, each of us will be able to perform quick statement as well as simple balance for this type of documents. This option can also be used for statistical purposes of how many documents of each type and for what sums is created in our company.

How to create the sales record in ainvoices.com

To generate the sales record for a specific type of document, for example the VAT invoice, enter the documents list category and click the ‘Generate sales record’ link in the right upper corner.

After clicking this link, the new window with the selection of the document type which we want generate into PDF will appear. Now we have to select what type of document are we interested in (we can select one, few or all types of documents).

Another step is determining the time range to be covered by the sales record. To do this we click on the start date or the calendar and determine from when the system have to retrieve all data and then click the end date, which is the time the sales record is going to be calculated. Next click the ‘Generate’ button and wait a while (generation of sales record may take a while due to amount of documents and wide time range), after few minutes the PDF sales record will appear, which can be saved or opened to preview.

What kind of data the PDF sales record will contain

The sales record contains the data such as:

- name and address of our company

- document name ' Sales record’

- date of generation, creation of the document

- the sales record time range

- ordinal number

- document number

- the type of document

- date of document issue

- recipient name

- recipient VATIN

- recipient address

- net amount

- all VAT rates types, if differ

- pre-tax amount

- summary of all transactions with the division into net, pre-tax and VAT rate
