Another function we have just prepared for you concerns the sales report which can be exported to the excel file and sent directly via an e-mail, for example to our accountant.
The operating principle of sales record generation is the same as when generating the PDF sales record, but in this case the excel file is generated, which can be downloaded and edited if necessary.
How to create the sales record and send it via an e-mail?
To do this you have to enter the list of documents located on the right side above the search engine and click the ‘Generate documents record’ button.
Another step we have to perform is making the choice of which types of documents we want to create in the sales record, we can choose between all types of documents, i.e. VAT invoice, pro-forma invoice, advance invoice, corrective invoice, bill and sales offer. After choosing documents we have to determine the time range of sales record and check that we want to generate the sales record as an excel file.
If we want to send the sales record directly, we have to fill the e-mail address field with the desired address, after clicking the generate button we do this operation what is confirmed by the technical prompt.
If we only want to save the sales record in the excel file, we click generate button without filling the e-mail address field.
