Searching of invoices by the name of trading partner

Another new feature is the possibility to search all invoices for the particular trading partner. Viewing of invoices was possible from the beginning of our program, but now it is quicker than before.

How to quickly find our trading partner invoices on the list of invoices

At first you have to go to the ‘list of documents’. Until now you have to enter the name of the company or its VATIN to the search engine located above the list of documents. From now we improve this function and the only thing you have to do to see all invoices for particular company is to click on its name in the ‘client name’ column, program will show you all invoices issued to this trading partner in the current month.

Please note, that our system searches according to the selected month by default, if you want to see all invoices in particular year click ‘all’.

What other documents our program may search after choosing the trading partner

Quick searching works with all types of documents assigned to the trading partner, so you can search data from the following types of documents:

- VAT invoices

- Pro forma invoices

- Advance invoices

- Corrective invoices

- Bills

- Offers

Of course, our service is still developing, so another types of documents will be available in the future, for example currency invoice, flat-rate farmer invoice, VAT margin invoice, online order, and of course all of this documents will have the quick searching by one click function.
