Your logo on an invoice

From now your own logo on an invoice is a standard. Now anyone can put his own logo on an invoice, of course if has one.

The new feature of uploading the logo directly on an invoice printout is available for every logged in user.

If you want to put your own logo on an invoice, you have to go to the 'Company data' section and there is an option to upload your own logo on the right side, which will appear on the PDF invoice printout.

We can choose between most common file formats: jpg. png. jpeg. gif. - maximum file size is 1024kB.

Very important thing after choosing and uploading your logo is to confirm this operation by clicking the 'Save' button, in other case entered data won't be saved.

The graphic symbol, called logotype it is not only the greater status, but also it is additional ad of your company. It allows to identify your invoice very quick, it also commands confidence and makes that your invoice will stay remembered among other documents.

It is good if the logo on your invoice looks the same as on the business card, on your website or other gadgets used for marketing purposes. Using your own logo on this type of documents enhances the image of your company and allows you to distinguish yourself among other economic subjects.

If you do not have any logo, which you could put on the invoice, you may fill in the header of invoice using your own advertising slogan. You can set the invoice header at the same section as in the case of choosing logotype, of course you have to remember to confirm this operation by clicking the 'save' button.
